Breaking news story reflection

A breaking news story on NBC News is following the search for a 3-year-old boy who went missing Wednesday. The journalist, Phil Helsel, did a great job organizing the story, putting the most important information at the top. Helsel also organizes the series of events that occurred chronologically, describing when the boy went missing as well as when police began looking for him. In the article, there is a large picture of the missing little boy, as well as a description of him and a description of what he was wearing last, which is very important to include. Helsel also puts the information out clearly, emphasizing that the boy is probably taken, and many people are out looking for him. Another thing Helsel did well is adding a very impactful quote near the end of his story. I also would have done this. Helsel also attributes his information well. For example, the picture of the little boy is attributed as well as the police information.
